Meet the Team
CEO & Co-founder
Former Director at Europe’s largest private EE fund with 15 years’ experience in structuring and financing EE and energy infrastructure projects. He previously worked at HSH Nordbank and PWC.
Partner & Co-Founder
Paul spent three years at Europe’s largest EE fund where he structured a number of innovative EE investments. He previously worked at JP Morgan and for Enterprise Ireland.
Partner & Investment Director
More than six years’ experience as Head of Europe for Philips Lighting Capital (nowS ignify). Previous experience as an Investment Director at a private equity fund and as an M&A consultant with PWC.
Partner & Business Development Director
Sven previously worked for over eight years in MEAG’s infrastructure debt team, financings and investing around EUR 2.4bn. Since 2021 he worked exclusively on energy and energy efficiency.
Chief Operating Officer
Louisa is an experienced finance and
operations professional. She has worked as an infrastructure advisor for EY and as operations manager for a FinTech company.
Senior Consultant Business Development
Over 10 years experience in banking and
finance. Prior to having a leadership
position with a large Swiss bank Bettina worked as an Investment Associate at Europe’s largest EE Fund.
Portfolio & Funds Operations Manager
Kathleen is a Chartered Accountant with
over 15 years of professional experience, both as a consultant and in industry. Her prior experience includes financial and
strategic management for a large multinational company.
Investment Manager
Over six years’ experience in origination,
structuring, and execution of energy, energy efficiency and distressed asset transactions. She previously worked in a private equity infrastructure investment team.
Investment Analyst
Robert acquired his practical experience through a role of an Energy Equities Analyst for Trinity SMF. He holds an MSc in Law and Finance and an LLB from Trinity College, Dublin. He also spent a year at the National University of Singapore.
Investment Analyst
Julia completed her MA in International Development with a Specialization in Sustainable Finance at the Geneva Graduate Institute; she also holds a BA from Wellesley College in the USA. Julia is a native Palish speaker.
Investment Analyst
Maria gained practical experience as a risk manager for a Luxembourg AIFM. She holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the University of Luxembourg and a BSc in Business Mathematics from the University of Mannheim.

David holds an MSc in Climate Change & Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in Management & Technology from TU Munich. His background has equipped him with a holistic understanding of the intersection between technology, sustainability, and finance.
Investment and Compliance Officer
Antonia brings more than 4 years of infrastructure portfolio management experience, specializing in illiquid assets debt. Her expertise in due diligence and fund setup supports the company’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.
